Acceptance

By creating an account or using georca.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

GEOrca helps you track and improve your brand’s visibility across AI and traditional search engines, and exposes tools that AI agents can call on your behalf. Results depend on third-party engines and are provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, or outcome.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and API tokens, and for the content and domains you submit. You agree not to misuse the Service, including: infringing others’ rights, submitting unlawful content, attempting to breach security or quotas, or using it to generate deceptive or spam content at scale.

Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plan limits (projects, prompts, queries) are enforced per your tier. You can cancel any time from your account’s billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Content generated for you

Fixes, drafts, and other artifacts the Service produces are suggestions for you to review. Nothing is published to your site or third parties without your explicit approval.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOrca is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior three months.
