14-day money-back guarantee. Every GEOrca paid plan comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If GEOrca isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
How to request. Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund". Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Scope. The guarantee covers your first payment on your first paid subscription. Renewals can be cancelled anytime from the account page and take effect at the end of the billing period.
Free plan. The free plan is free forever and requires no card — nothing to refund.
